AU Ford Falcon Keys & Remotes

The Au Ford Falcon uses a rather strange looking key.  We call this key a Tibbe key. Tibbe keys have a rather round appearance.  They are cut on 4 sides, but the cuts are made on angles instead of being flat like a standard key design.

The Au series Ford Falcon Key has a Transponder embedded into the black plastic head of the key.  These keys and transponders are able to be copied using a cloning process, or a key can be programmed into the car by using an onboard procedure if you have 2 working keys.

The Remotes for an Au Falcon can also be programmed in by using the onboard procedure as follows.

1. You need all remotes present (only 4 remotes can be programmed)

2. Turn the ignition to the 'ON' Position

3.Press the rear window heater switch 3 times

4. Doors will cycle locked then unlocked

5. Press the 'unlock' button on each remote control

6. Switch Ignition to Off

7. Door Locks will cycle locked the unlocked
